Investment Planning
We prepare feasibility and project studies—built on detailed analyses—for investors who plan to establish new businesses.
Our priority is to enable the right investment decision. To assess whether an investment is sound, all criteria must be evaluated in detail; this makes an investment feasibility study essential.
Especially when preparing feasibility studies for the service sector, it is crucial to correctly assess: investment location and competitor analysis, target market and the investment’s position in that market, targeted sales level and potential, raw material and input planning, human resources planning, financial and economic analyses, regional investment supports, and the total investment requirement.
With 33 years of service-sector experience, our team prepares a Feasibility Report for the planned facility. We strongly recommend seeking expert advice before you invest.

Management Consulting
You do not need prior knowledge or experience to make a service-sector investment. It is an accepted fact that fully entrusting the management process to subject-matter experts can significantly affect the speed at which the investment is realized and its payback period.
Our consulting service may be provided by analyzing all processes related to the management of existing or planned businesses and preparing management programs, or by directly taking over the entire management process.
Architectural Design & Consulting
In architectural design, the preferences and needs of the target customer group, regional trends at the investment location, facility requirements, the facility class deemed appropriate in the feasibility study, and the projected fixed investment amount should be taken into particular consideration.
It is very important that architectural design and project development be carried out by individuals experienced in the service sector and knowledgeable about tourism facility requirements, in order to prevent loss of time and capital.
In addition to improvement and revision work for your existing architectural projects, we can also undertake complete redesigns where necessary.

Brand Consulting
In service-sector investments, you may create your own brand or operate with international and national hotel/café brands. When making this decision, the data on investment location and target market analysis referenced in the feasibility report must be taken into account.
We share information with investors on how brand integration will be carried out, the value it will add to the investment, and which brands and what types of agreements should be made; investor representation can be provided during the brand-integration process.
Tourism Operation Certificate
If a tourism investment will proceed with an Investment Incentive Certificate (Yatırım Teşvik Belgesi), it must also be documented with a Tourism Investment Certificate (Turizm Yatırımı Belgesi). In addition, the Tourism Investment Certificate is required to benefit from supports for tourism investments offered by all authorities—primarily the municipality of the region where the facility will be established.
By law, the Tourism Operation Certificate (Turizm işletmesi belgesi) has been made mandatory, and facilities are required to be affiliated with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (Türkiye).
We thoroughly review your facilities, assess compliance with the regulations, and provide a report on whether they are eligible for certification and what must be done to achieve eligibility.

Guest Satisfaction Tracking: Especially in the service and accommodation sectors, dealing with guests who have complaints and satisfying them is already customary. From the General Manager to the lowest level, everyone does their best to satisfy a guest with a complaint. So, what are we doing to manage guests who are already satisfied and to ensure sustainable satisfaction? In fact, nothing! Satisfaction Management focuses on maintaining the satisfaction of already-happy guests and turning them into serious collaborators of the brand.
Training & Human Resources
In service-industry facilities, one of the most important factors influencing consumer decisions is personnel and process management. Even a minor disruption in a well-decorated facility’s staffing or management can cause significant drops in customer satisfaction rates. Conversely, there are facilities that, despite not having very high-quality décor, achieve high satisfaction and revenue through proper personnel and process management.
We provide support for human resources: services include creating personnel files, orientation training, and vocational qualification training.

Sales & Marketing Consulting
Creating a business investment in the right area with appropriate investment costs, managing it correctly, equipping it with proper architectural layout and quality décor—and then turning all this into profit—becomes possible by establishing sales and marketing strategies. This is achieved by evaluating price, cost, target audience, communication methods, distribution channels, process management, and coordination capability.
